Our Story

Pro Touch Contracting Services started out as a painting company and quickly grew to become one of the best construction companies in the Tampa Bay area. The company is owned by Carlos Santana.

Carlos is a retired NYC Police officer who moved down to Tampa and started to work as a construction manager for Lennar Homes. During his employment with Lennar Homes in 2004, he learned every aspect of building single-family homes and multifamily homes.
After a few years of working with Lennar Homes, Carlos decided to get his contracting license and started working on building his own company. Today, that company is known as Pro Touch Contracting Services. We have been building in the Tampa Bay area since 2006.

Meet the Owner

Founder and CEO
Carlos retired from the NYC Police Department. He served as a Police officer from 1997 through 2003. He was a part of the search and rescue team on September 11, 2001. Now, he is the current owner/founder of Pro Touch Contracting Services and also the Lead Pastor of Vine Church in Zephyrhills.
